DescriptionWhat we offer

This course shows how to use Rational Integration Tester and Rational Test Virtualization Server for service virtualization. It shows students how to virtualize services that may be running on a number of different technologies. Students are shown how to create virtual services, publish them for use by other users, and allow for customization of those virtual services. Further topics include the use of external data sources to drive virtual services, the virtualization of databases, and the creation of complex virtual services using state and data models.

  • Completed Essentials of IBM Rational Integration Tester V8.6 (RT561G)
  • Knowledge of middleware (eg WebSphere MQ, web services) and XML
  • Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodology (helpful)
